The Pizza Melisse is the one I go for when I want something a little more relaxed but still really well put together. The homemade sausage brings that savory, slightly herby depth, and the ricotta smooths everything out with a creamy balance that works perfectly with the San Marzano sauce. Sun-dried tomatoes add a little sweet/tangy punch, and the fresh basil keeps it from feeling too heavy. It's not trying to overpower you it's just a really solid, flavorful pizza you can keep going back to. Even better if you pair it with a good glass of wine and grab a seat where you can watch them work the wood-fired oven. Something about that combo, the food, the heat from the oven, the rhythm of it all, feels like a little slice of Italy without leaving your table.

The Pizza Picantissima from I Tre Mori has officially become my go-to, and honestly… nothing else really hits the same anymore. The balance is what keeps me coming back. The San Marzano sauce has that clean, slightly sweet base, the mozzarella is just right, and then the nduja brings this deep, rich heat that's way more interesting than your typical "spicy pizza." Add in the pepperoni for that classic bite, and the aji crushed red pepper takes it up another notch. It's got real heat, but it's not overkill. Just enough to keep every bite interesting without wrecking your palate. The kind of spice that actually makes you want another slice instead of tapping out. Yeah, it's a little oily, but in this case, that's part of the deal and part of why it's so good.

When I tell people about this place, I make sure to tell them this is my favorite item on the menu. It's always fresh, full of flavor and SO filling! The portion is plenty but I do always wish I had more once it's finished! 10/10
