La Ginestra
Two types of grapes make up this wine, namely: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo. "La Ginestra" is a brilliant ruby red wine which turns to a garnet color as it ages. Its dry and aromatic taste becomes soft and velvety with a light violet aroma with ageing.
Best served with Pasta or Pizza with tomato sauce. Ideal wine to serve with all dishes.
